We are please to offer Shredding, Turning and Screening services. We are always pleased to discuss ‘one-off’ jobs to regular contracts or even the total management of third parties’ compost sites.

Shredding
We use our own Wilibald MZA 4600 (2003) with a 460 hp engine. On a high speed chassis for easy transportation.

Shredding Throughput

• Green Waste up to 180 m³ / hour
• Bark up to 130m³ / hour
• Wood waste up to 120m³ / hour

Turning
We now use a Wilibald TBU 3P

This machine is used in conjunction with a 175hp tractor and can turn up to 1200m³of compost/ hour.

Screening
We Screen our compost with a FarwickMaxx. This machine is mounted on a high Speed chassis so it can be transported easily. The screener can be fitted with different screen sizes including 10mm,25mm and 40mm for a variety of applications. We also offer Plastic separation metal and stone separation all on board this compact machine. The machine is used for screening composts, soils and even separating plant matter from string.
